First Wind offers one of the best available health care plans through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The benefits include an employer funded Health Reimbursement Account, low co-payments, and coverage that includes spouse, domestic partner and dependents.

Dental Benefits

First Wind offers an excellent dental care program through Blue Cross Dental Blue. The selections include coverage of spouse, domestic partner and dependents, and includes orthodontia coverage for dependents under the age of 20.

Flexible Paid Time Off

Along with 10 paid company holidays, the First Wind FPTO plan provides new employees with 18 days of time off on an annual basis.

Educational Assistance Program

Employees may receive reimbursement for qualified courses, certificate or degree programs to advance their education and careers.

401K

First Wind offers a 401K Retirement Savings Plan that is administered by Mass Mutual. First Wind matches employee contributions up to a pre-defined amount and all contributions are immediately 100% vested.  Participants in the plan can choose from 15 different investment options.

Fitness

First Wind promotes a healthy lifestyle. The company offers an annual fitness credit to be used for gym membership, purchase of fitness equipment, physical training or education, physical therapy, nutritional training or education, wellness seminars or similar programs.
